My dentist suggested I start using an electric toothbrush to help clean some tough spots around my permanent retainer. I picked up a cheapie Crest SpinBrush for around $5, and I love it! It really does get my teeth so much cleaner, and my dentist has noticed a big difference since I started using it. You can't go wrong at this price tag. Also, you can buy replacement heads!
